La produzione di tiranteria non è il suo unico punto di forza, anche l'assistenza che viene fornita 365 giorni l'anno ha la sua importanza... Ciò rispecchia una ben precisa filosofia aziendale che prevede una parte di personale sempre a disposizione con turni studiati per poter rispondere ventiquattro ore su ventiquattro alle necessità della Clientela offrendo anche il servizio di ricambista per le case madri CNH, IVECO e IRISBUS.
A tutto questo, la F.I.T.E.S., essendo uno dei principali fornitori di FIAT, IVECO, MASERATI, CNH, IVECO MEZZI SPECIALI, IRISBUS, ASTRA SpA e NEW HOLLAND, esporta i suoi prodotti in Europa, Brasile, Messico, Stati Uniti e nel resto del mondo.
